I need updates from you guys on charity work. Plz update me ASAP

Hi all,

To inform you , we are just 1 month away from confirmation for the charity work.

I need weekly updates from you all. Representative from each group, please update us your weekly progress.

So far, i just received updates from protocol and gift group. I want updates from Food & Beverage group, activity group, logistic and safety group.

And another thing, I need the collection of RM30 ASAP, please pass it to Nana.

Sorry its been so long no update from me.
Here, Update for today;
1. ONLY 5 person paid RM30 by today - hope u guys pay as soon as possible because we need money to buy some stuffy.
2. For box/container - Faiz provide
3. Sponsorship _ i've collected on my side. but still not enough. need more!

F&B just fine....need some important particulars...KFC reject our proposal. the MCD representatives out of town until April....so i had contacted some friends regarding the lunch and the will give feedbacks ASAP....peace...
