Objective :
To discuss about charity project

Agenda :

 Find an orphanage for the charity project. Faiz proposed Darul Izzah in Bangi that have about 50 orphans. If anybody had any other suggestion, please proposed in forum or bring your ideas in next meeting. If doesn’t have any other suggestion, automatically we’ll choose Darul Izzah.
• Status : undone

 Sheraz will create a poll in Forum for Great 6 to choose either to have a dinner with the orphans or going to the orphanage home and doing activities with them.
• Status : - the poll is done just in progress for voting and result.

 Wewez wants everybody in GREAT 6 participating in the forum.
• Status : not all were participating. We miss 4 more members.

 Mazz will upload the committee and bureau in the forum and anybody who doesn’t have any responsibilities yet must filled in the empty position.
• Status : done upload but then pending. Still waiting approval from director. Still many positions available.

 Sheraz will doing the proposal. If anybody had any ideas, please put in the forum.
• Status : in progress

 Next meeting will be held on every Wednesday at 6.30 pm. The venue and any other changes will be updated through email, forum or sms.
• Status : will be update every week
